ROVER PET SERVICE
UI/ UX DESIGN
Brand Identity, UI/UX Design, Mobile Prototype

Rover is a network that connects pet owners with pet care providers, offering services such as pet boarding, house sitting, and drop-in visits. However, its current branding does not fully reflect its core values of trust and community. This rebrand strengthens those connections by prioritizing communication, transparency, and a genuine love for animals. With a more approachable and professional identity, the updated design enhances visual appeal for a younger audience while ensuring a seamless, convenient experience for busy professionals.









User Interface Components
By updating the color palette, introducing sleek icons, and adding intuitive buttons, the Rover mobile app enhances user experience—making it both more convenient and engaging.






Onboarding
The onboarding process highlights Rover’s dedication to community, safety, and a genuine love for animals. To maintain a secure environment, users must complete a photo and government ID verification before joining Rover.




User Journey
Booking a Service (top): A guided step-by-step process to select the desired service, find the right sitter, and confirm a booking tailored to your pet’s needs.

Activity Dashboard (bottom): Stay connected with your pet, track their daily goals and checklist.
